The original garage was built in the 1930’s. There was major water infiltration from the roof & walls. Most of the siding was rotten, the electrical wiring was not to code & the garage door opening was too short to allow an SUV to enter. The solution was to demolish the garage & build new. I raised the garage door height to 8 foot to allow taller vehicles to enter, brought the electrical up to code & installed modern products while maintaining the historical appeal.
