This home built in 1981 had a great kitchen footprint needing only an few changes to improve the functionality.  The project also included a make over of the guest bath & remainder of the 1st floor. 

The design elements were:

1. ✴ Removed and shortened bulkheads around existing mechanicals
   

2. ✴ Built larger island to incorporate a 36” Wolf cooktop with downdraft ventilation system & gain more storage space.
   

3. ✴ Replaced window at sink with garden window for herbs & plants
   

4. ✴ Painted & glazed new island & built cabinetry wood work 
   

5. ✴ Fabricated new & relocated existing  cabinetry & appliances as well as modify pantry shelving
   

6. ✴ Installed decorative tile backsplash
   

7. ✴ Quartz countertops including a stainless steel under mount sink & faucet
   

8. ✴ Replaced all cabinet hardware
   

9. ✴ Installed new lighting fixtures
   

10. ✴ Painted walls & ceilings
    

11. ✴ Installed new flooring throughout the first floor including Bamboo hardwoods & carpet
    

12. ✴  Replaced windows on first floor with Pella Designer Series windows which meet Energy Tax Credit requirements
    

13. ✴ Complete repaint of entire first floor
