This project’s challenges were adding a 2nd access point to the backyard, reconfiguring the laundry room to also act as a mud room & updating the powder bath. There was a major need to redirect child & pet traffic. Adding tile flooring, built-in lockers, cabinetry with laundry sink & a stamped concrete patio updated this 25 year old home & achieved the project’s goals.
