“As always with Matt, the project went as smoothly as possible for a remodel project. This is our fourth project with Matt and we are always extremely pleased with his responsiveness and ability to stay on schedule.

We absolutely love how the project turned out. Our goal was to get the best use out of the space we have, and with Matt’s help and his talented subcontractors, it was a complete success! Matt recognizes our wanting to stay within a budget and makes suggestions to accomplish this goal. Ultimately, it is always a very collaborative approach when working with Matt and we always feel comfortable communicating any concerns that might come up during the project. “Exterior Project – This is our third project working with Matt. While obtaining other bids for this project, Matt was the most responsive in answering our follow up questions and throughout the project he operated in his usual attentive and responsive manner. We are very happy with the end product. While it is never fun to spend money on windows, we feel confident that the work Matt’s crew performed will ensure less exterior maintenance on our part in the future.

Master Bathroom – Matt and his team did a great job our kitchen remodel in late 2009, and we engaged them to remodel our master bathroom during late spring of 2010. The bathroom job was a complete remodel, with most of the bathroom being taken down to studs. The job included removal, relocation or replacement of interior walls, an existing tub, shower, vanity, mirrors, and light fixtures, and then the installation of a new custom double shower, a new tub, a new vanity, all new electrical, all new plumbing, and new fixtures. The project also included a tremendous amount of detailed tile work, all of which turned out great.

Matt designed the overall new layout of the bathroom, and he provided valuable insight into material selections. He was able to save us some money by using granite leftover from our kitchen remodel. The project went great. Matt was flexible with regard to material selection and worked hard to stay within our budget. Throughout the project, Matt remained very responsive, trustworthy, and communicative. The end result looks fantastic, same as with our kitchen remodel.

Bunk Beds and More – We engaged Matt Wright for a project consisting of 5 small parts: (i) installation of a new counter, tile, sink and shelf for a wet bar; (ii) installation of a new vanity, countertop and mirror in a bathroom; (iii) conversion of a small closet into a TV cabinet; (iv) addition of a new access door to our attic; and (v) the design, construction and installation of a 4-bed bunk bed set. As with our prior projects with Matt, the communication, workmanship and service was outstanding. All projects were completed on time and on-budget, and everything looks and works great. The bunk beds in particular are impressively designed. Matt and his team didn’t have much space in which to install the beds, particularly given some extra features we wanted integrated into the beds. We’ve consistently referred Matt to friends for their projects and will continue to do so.

My wife and I both work full time, and we greatly value the fact that we can hire Matt, know that he is going to do a good job on time and on budget, know that he will call if he has a question, but otherwise we can stay out of his way. We had no reservations leaving our home with Matt and his crew unsupervised. They always cleaned up and were polite.

Matt provided us a schedule at the beginning of the project and stuck to it. He did a very good job of notifying us when certain work would be done, and worked hard to make sure we were happy. We would gladly recommend Matt to friends and family.”
